• Purpose restricted to purchase of certified energy efficient products or adoption of renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaic panels for generation of electricity
• Amount: up to SCR 150,000 maximum
• Interest rate: 5% p.a.
• Personal contribution:
  • Where total cost is SCR 75,000 or less, no contribution
  • Where the total cost is more than SCR 75,000, minimum 2.5% of total cost
• Processing fee: 0.25% of loan amount
• Repayment period: 5 years maximum
• Security:
  • Where loan amount is SCR 75,000 or less, no security required
  • Where loan amount is more than SCR 75,000, 100% of loan amount
