In your email please provide as much details as possible, such as account name, account number, date and time of suspected fraudulent transaction, for the Bank to be able to take prompt action.
If the suspected fraud is card related, call (+248) 429 4000 during business hours and call (+248) 280 0300 / 252 1686 after business hours to block your card to prevent any unauthorized transactions from being made on your card while the investigation is in process.
